Monica is a seasoned commercial and residential construction superintendent with more than 16 years of experience directing teams through construction project life cycles from initiation through completion. She is also a Certified Building Inspector that’s fluent in English and Spanish! She has worked all over the United States, and got her start working her way up through her father’s company, All American Refrigeration. Monica says she has always strived to live her life as her father did and follow his exceptional example by being dependable, hardworking, honest, and responsible. In her spare time you can find her kayaking our local waterways with her three dogs.
