Jon served in the Air Force for 7 years and upon separation graduated with a construction management degree from Texas State University. He worked for Rogers O’Brien on various projects like Legacy West – Plano, Methodist Hospital Richardson – 2nd & 4th floor finish out, Time Warner Cable Data Hub – Lewisville, and Dallas Arboretum – A Tasteful Place. After Rogers O’Brien he moved to Jordan Foster Construction and assumed the role of Assistant Project Manager on Parkview Residence – Southlake. Other various projects include Waterside Dental – Ft. Worth and Caliber Collision centers across Texas. Jon is an avid hiker in his spare time with various treks under his belt, such as the Grand Tetons, Half Dome at Yosemite, Grand Canyon Rim-to-Rim, Appalachian Trail, Croagh Patrick, Samaria Gorge, Puez-Odle Altopiano, various routes on GR20, and various fourteeners throughout the United States. His greatest hike was with his son when he was 5 years old- they climbed Emory Peak in Big Bend National Park. He says “My greatest accomplishment in life is my son and in my spare time you can find us traveling to a new trails or mountains we have never hiked or climbed.”
