A Minnesota transplant by way of Florida, Elias got his start in Project Management at a retail display company after serving in the US Army and moving back to Minnesota. After moving to Florida, he moved to construction in High End Residential, Commercial Kitchen, and Ground Up construction. Moving to Texas in 2022 he joined Sirius to serve the Fort Worth area. In his off time, Elias enjoys Ju-Jitsu and is pursuing a degree in Civil Engineering.
